Design, build, host — one point of contact

No handoffs between an agency, a developer, and a hosting company. The person who designs it is the person who maintains the server it runs on.

Design

A site laid out around what your customers actually need to do, not around a template.

  • A call first, then a sitemap you approve before anything gets designed.
  • Layouts built around what a visitor needs to do — call, book, buy, get a quote.
  • Two rounds of revisions on the design, with no per-change billing while we are in them.

Build

Hand-built, fast, accessible, and yours — no page-builder lock-in.

  • Static-first. Pages ship as plain HTML and CSS, so they load fast on a phone on bad signal.
  • Contact forms that land in a database with an admin panel behind them, not an inbox rule.
  • Analytics, sitemap, structured data, and Search Console configured before launch, not after.

Hosting

Running on hardware I own and maintain, with TLS, backups, and monitoring included.

  • Hosted on hardware I own and maintain, with TLS certificates that renew on their own.
  • Nightly backups, uptime monitoring, and security updates applied without you asking.
  • $59 a month, or $590 a year — twelve months for the price of ten.

Ongoing care

Content changes, new pages, and the small fixes that keep a site from going stale.

  • Content edits turned around within two business days.
  • Five changes a month included, then $50 each. Without a plan a change is $75.
  • $149 a month or $1,490 a year, hosting included — not billed on top.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises

  1. 01

    Talk

    Thirty minutes, no charge. What the business does, who the site needs to reach, and what a visitor should be able to do on it. You get a written scope and a fixed price before any work starts.

  2. 02

    Design

    A sitemap first, so we agree on what exists before arguing about how it looks. Then layouts, with two revision rounds included and no per-change billing while the design is still moving.

  3. 03

    Build

    Two to four weeks for most sites. You review it on a real staging URL rather than in screenshots, and your content goes in as we go instead of all at the end.

  4. 04

    Launch & host

    I point the DNS, issue the certificates, and check it on real devices before it goes live. The domain stays in your name. Hosting starts at launch and the first twelve months are included.
